The Wilderness Fitness Program is designed to coach you how to move, teach you how to structure your workouts, and critique other performance factors like nutrition and sleep to optimize your field performance.

Over the course of 12 weeks in the program, you will see improvements in your cardiovascular fitness. The best part is, your transformation continues for years after you’ve graduated the program.
